Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Mar 12, 2023 9:21 am Hi, Our new home build includes an inground pool with attached spa. We are deciding on the design of the dividing wall betwen them. One option is a tiled wall that rises to just below the water line, allowing water to flow directly across it in either direction. This makes for a seemless look where the line of the pool coping runs all around the pool and spa together making the pool look larger lke this : Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The downside is obviously that when heating the spa in winter there will be heat loss into the water of the pool. The other option is rasing the dividing wall just above the water line to isolate the spa water. If anyone has the first option in their pool I would love to hear your experience with this.
