Mum's thought is to drain the pool and put some decking over the top so it's effectively just the existing surrounding decking with the pool covered up in the middle. Aside from the specific questions around draining the pool which I've seen covered here already. What are the points that she should consider? Is leaving a pool empty for a period of time feasible, or does that cause problems for future use?
