Clearly says up the top you can't. But then why does it then describe doors and windows in pool barriers? Only for those who have older pools? Seems logical that you'd be allowed to so long as the window had crimsafe on it. I mean no one is getting through that! Thoughts? The other cheaper option is to fit a screw or a window restriction to 100mm opening .
