Colour help - Kitchen. Brook Pebble with which splashback?

Some lovely kitchens on here - I think I need some help to get mine looking as good as some of these!

Benchtops - Laminex Brook Pebble

Doors - White timbergrain vinylwrap

Floor - Laminate - thinking of a "medium" colour, ie not too light and not too dark! Cherry or Reach Oak.

Splashbacks - no idea, probably tiles but am a bit stuck on the colour and style to use.
Walls - some shade of white, open plan area but low ceilings and long narrow room.

Also have a red Kitchen Aid Mixer that I would love to have out on the benchtop!

Thanks for any help!
Since you have basically a blackish top and white cupboards (did I get that right?) how about a light charcoal tile for a splashback, maybe with a metallic sparkle to it?
Brook Pebble has various colours through it and there are many colours that would suit, i would probably either go a grey(blue based) coloured tile, a taupey mushroom coloured tile or a very pale blue.

Overhead cupboard door size in Kitchen – which is better

Kitchen Corner

Bigger the better for storage for me IMO. But I guess it's harder to tell the cost/benefit in your example - mainly the 'cost'? If you go 700mm, what are you doing extra…
