I found this link and just fell in love with the colour of the splashback: http://www.completehome.com.au/kitchens ... id=3393673 Hope this helps. glass splash 34Feb 17, 2009 2:38 pm Hi sunflower613
I am also tossing up with that type of colour or the dark chocolate, I am in two minds at the moment, don't know how I will choose. I am waiting patiently for SuH to show us photos of her gorgeous kitchen that has just been built.... www.themaxbuild.blogspot.com forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=20717&start=300 www.leahspaperpassion.blogspot.com Re: glass splash 35Feb 17, 2009 3:47 pm themax Hi sunflower613 I am also tossing up with that type of colour or the dark chocolate, I am in two minds at the moment, don't know how I will choose. Re: Chocolate Coloured Glass splashback? 36Jul 29, 2009 10:20 pm I also chose Metallic Glass Splashback in "Ironbark". I have a sample of this colour and it is a really nice chocolate brown, when it was installed today it was a really dark, almost black colour. Can you tell me what colour your ironbark is and is it a Dulux Colour? Cheers and thanks Re: Chocolate Coloured Glass splashback? 37Jul 29, 2009 10:26 pm wendyg I also chose Metallic Glass Splashback in "Ironbark". Re: Chocolate Coloured Glass splashback? 38Jul 29, 2009 10:33 pm I was only installed today so I haven't got a pic yet, but it is much darker than the sample. I actually think it is the wrong colour. The Benchtops are white the bottoms of the cupboards are choc brown and the splashback it almost black - Nup hate it. OMG you sound exactly like me I almost died when I saw it, hated it, was getting it ripped out asap....a few times actually, hot and cold like a tap I was until I put a nice big vase of pink lillies and some white stuff in front of it, and then it looked ok. You need some stuff in front of it it'll be fine, give it a while I can't believe I am saying this to you I was totally obsessed with getting it changed, totally. Need to remove glass panel out of concrete without wrecking the glass to get the spa room in, any recommendations on how to do that. Thank you 0 37681 |
