Browse Forums Kitchen Splashbacks 1 May 23, 2022 11:27 pm Hi all, I have just come across this site and found some really useful information. This is my first post, so apologies if I don't have the post spot on. We are looking to update our kitchen with 1. making consistent cabinetry across the board, 2. Splashback tiles to acrylic/glass/tile splashback 3 .Laminate benchtop to stone benchtop; Looking for recommendations (don't want to break the bank) on 1. Cabinet Laminate vs 2pac 2. Currently cabinets are not soft close, is there a way to make them soft-close without breaking the bank. 3. What are new trends in splashback? Shall I prefer one over the other? 4. Is Quartz a good stone or shall I go for natural stone? Thank you in advance.
