Browse Forums Laundry 1 Jan 25, 2022 6:34 am Any thoughts on building with ausmar?????we are in the process of finalizing housefloor plan with them. Our block is very restrictive,, narrow and short. We managed to squeeze in 4th bedroom by converting it to study and laundry inside garage. We are not able to put any aide access in the garage to hang clothes!!!!! Due to being zero boundary and we maximizes it. So we are putting it inside walk in pantry thats is 1.5m x 1.5m in size, this would mean l will loose shelvings on the side. any suggestion where we can put side acces door to hang clothes.wouldnt want to use alfresco access to hang clothes. I have attached foto of houseplan. Any suggestion pleaseeeeee Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Side access to hang clothes 2Jan 25, 2022 11:21 am Seems impossible. You have all sides of your house blocked. One idea you could bring to your designer and see if they can re structure the house. Swap locations of master Bed1+Ensuite with Bed3+Bath. Put Bed2 and Bed3 at the back end of the house with Bath and possible laundry. This way your laundry won't be in the garage, and your laundry can possibly open to your back yard. Hope your professional designer can make this happen.
