Apparently the washing machine taps screw is too close to the wall for the pipes to screw in. The delivery guys said Ill need new taps, but is there another option, some sort of adapter? Also is replacing laundry taps a pretty straightforward thing I could do myself? Take pictures to scale and approach Bunnings. You should be able to purchase some sort of extension or adaptor that solves the issue. The guys at Bunnings are always helpful.
