This kitchen I am going three 600mm build ins. I like the idea of being able to do a roast in one and bake a cake in another at different temperatures. While we're talking have you looked at combi-steams they are pretty amazing. In the end we went v-zug (similar to a neff) a couple of combi steams and a pyro - good luck Wow and I thought our 900 and 600 were ivwe the top. I like that idea too but what do you do with the third?! Well I went shopping after a 'happy lunch' I bought two combi steams because I had a problem going from a 900mm oven to the small combi steams. We went with a pyro so we could have crackle (I'm hopping the boys will recover from the great bacon debacle of 2013). We don't have a microwave at the moment and tend to use the regeneration on the combi steam instead. Ps after using the combi steam to do pork belly and crackle I don't think the pyro is necessary lol everything for the crackle!
