Hi all,
Moving from a rental to the new house when it's done in Feb, obviously don't have a dishwasher.
Would love recommendations on brand, model, size etc. Only the two of us at the moment but planning for kids in near future.
Thanks!

It's fully SS on the inside, no stupid plastic blades. Also I like how the cutlery basket can move wherever you want. It dries really well too and has a good energy and water rating. This is the second I've owned and I never had any trouble with my previous one. Re: Dishwasher brands? 4Dec 02, 2014 4:27 am Highly recommend Bosch. Cleans infinitely better than the Fischer Paykel in my current rental. Much better value than a Miele. Bought a Westinghouse this time (due to a good review from a family member) and it's a great machine. The Miele's, Asko's etc are all fantastic, but if you aren't wanting to shell out quite as much for them, there are other brands that will suffice and do well also. I would avoid the Omega brand though, they are notorious for failing... and failing early! Apparently they achieve a higher star rating if they heat the water itself, hence the removal of the hot water entry.... weird I know ... I certainly reckon that having to heat cold water up, particulary if you already have solar hot water for 'free', is a very backward step. Owner Building at Jimboomba Woods in Logan City Qld. Re: Dishwasher brands? 7Dec 03, 2014 9:56 pm I was told today the Daniela brand is a rebadged Smeg, but don't know for sure. Would be interested to find out if there are any other rebadged good and/or expensive brands that are doing the same. Owner Building at Jimboomba Woods in Logan City Qld.
