Browse Forums Kitchen Appliances 1 Apr 03, 2011 5:29 pm Does anyone have a Fisher & Paykel 76cm pyrolytic self cleaning oven. Model no OB76SDEPX1. I really like this oven but can't find any reviews on it. There aren't many 76cm ovens to choose from, if you have one i'd like to hear your thoughts good or bad. Thanks Re: Oven 2Apr 03, 2011 10:12 pm I had a look into that as it had a good volume inside. I ended up choosing not to go that way as I wasn't happy overall with FIsher & Paykel. What I have gone for is a 75cm Highland oven which is also pyrolytic. I can't tell you if I am happy with it yet as it's not installed! Highland have taken over the Kleenmaid oven and this is it. Re: Oven 3May 03, 2011 12:18 am I was speaking to one of the camberwell electrics reps at the home show (at the V-Zug stand) and she couldnt speak highly enough about the "paris" 76cm 104 ltr oven, she said that particular oven is the creme de la creme as far as she is concerned, and apparently is up there in quality with some of the more elite brands, despite its price point...I told her I was considering neff or seimens, after being steered away from the F&P ovens by other stores with more expensive ovens to pedal. She recommended I take another look at the paris ovens, and I'm glad I spoke to her now. Could have discounted a possibly great oven without doing all my research. It's enough to make me take a second look. I'd love to hear also from anyone who actually has this oven. Re: Oven 4May 03, 2011 8:25 am Bosch also make a 75 cm oven (or they did) but in volume it is only about 4 - 5 cubic litres bigger than a large volume 60 cm oven. Make sure you actually get decent gains on capacity otherwise you are just giving away valuable space for no real advantage. The bigger the oven the more difficult it is to maintain a constant temperature. It is although more expensive to run a larger oven. Hi Chippy, no there isn't, gave it a really good look through and literally opened everything and checked all edges as well. Hence the question, just hoping someone would… 2 2083 My daughter and son in law are about to start building, they are having a 600mm induction cook top and 900mm oven.
