What do you cook in your 900mm oven that you could not do in a smaller one - how do you cook differently? Do you use it if you just want to chuck in some garlic bread or bake at home rolls (a 5 min job)? I've heard people say they are fantastic - but why? I can fit a roast and all the vegies in it, couldn't before... can bake 2 trays of muffins, or cupcakes at once... big chrissy ham fits... Must add though that we are a family of 7, so there is always a lot of food to be cooked. ETA, yes I use it for g.bread... but usually try to make something to go in with it. Two large trays fit side by side on each shelf. Also I find there's more room on the stove top. At last I can use all burners at the same time when required, without some pans being half off their flame or knocking others. Love the wok burner which has more heat/flame than I've previously had.
