KEYS ON 5/11 AT 1PM Re: NEW ENERGY RATING ON WHITEGOODS 5May 14, 2010 4:18 pm bluesteel No camy, its just a more stringent system encouraging even more energy efficiency - so what was 4 stars is about 2.5 and what was 2 stars (which should not really be manufactured) is now 1/2 or no stars. Anything more than 6 as said previously is super efficient. I was a bit deflated when all our 4 star appliances downgraded to 2 So the more stars the more energy efficient as before - if you get 4 stars in the new system that is very good. Thanks bluesteel, I think I understand now, so now I still have to look for the most stars. Well that makes sense. My building thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=25279 NEARLY DONE.
