Having done that, I am now going to purchase the Siemens Oven and microwave. Very impressive. Siemens is quadruple glazed which means it is cool to touch whilst on and very efficient in heat retention which allows it to be very precise with temperature. Also the rack system is similar to the Miele system which provides a very stable and flat surface when pulled out. The microwave is ridiculously expensive but as we are getting both mounted on the wall we need the appliances to match for the aesthetics. Re. Pyrolitic....this option seems to add about $700 to the cost. I thought about it but when I realised you still have to remove all the trays and bits and pieces in teh oven and clean them seperately I couldn't see the value in it.
