We are contemplating on installing a rangehood after handover as opposed to getting one from our builder. We have an existing exhaust fan (not flued) and I was just wondering, would it look ugly when they remove the exhaust fan and patch it up once the rangehood is installed? Is patching up the hole a big/expensive process? Thanks in advance! I would get them to install the flue during the build if you can.
