The fridge I bought retail, while the wine cabinet was bought from someone who got it as part of a home package - both are good. Notwithstanding, just be aware that project appliances are often designed to get the brand into a customers hands in the hope they become loyal to that brand for the future. They won’t be top of the range, but equally it would do the brand no good if they crapped out and left customers with a negative view of the brand. They can simply move the product into the next house they build. Anyway, it never hurts to have the conversation with your builder about anything, so ask them if they'll allow it. I don’t like the underbench oven and microwave at all! I recently went through a similar renovation and move scenario when updating our family home. We also swapped some rooms around and tackled a major… 2 11750 Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes. 1 36559 |
