I don't need the big oven and that will obviously be different for others. It works out to actually be $85 cheaper. Builder sales person I'm dealing with used to be a chef & highly recommended the pyro. Seems a worthwhile deal to me but I'm no foodie. http://ilve.com.au/products/showcase/52/ovens Only down side is the internal width of a 600mm oven. We have a 700mm oven and our fry pan only just fits into that. We can only just get two trays side by side in. We would really struggle with a 600mm oven. If you don't use the oven much then a 600 pyro would be fine.
