Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Oct 02, 2008 4:30 pm What colour/type light switches/power points would be best on whitish walls? I was thinking slim white, with a couple of the glass light switches as features in the entry and living areas. I know the aluminium ones look nice and modern but I was thinking along the lines of trying to hide the points rather than make them stand out, but I can still get covers for the white ones if I decide the other way Re: Power Points 2Oct 02, 2008 4:35 pm I'm a fan of simple white switches that don't attract to much attention.
I prefer to make a feature of the walls rather than the switches. You end up walking past them in time and not even noticing them unlesss you have to clean them, so with that in mind I vote...clean, unobtrusive, cost efficient switches and power points that blend into the walls. Re: Power Points 4Oct 02, 2008 4:57 pm I have noticed we have similar ideas on a few things so no probs Su,
I can see your house is going to end up looking very stylish and its going to have a great view and I don't think anyone is going to be wanting to look at your switches or power points. once its all complete. Re: Power Points 5Oct 02, 2008 7:28 pm Yep I like them to be less noticeable as possible.
Not at all a feature, although I do like the glass ones. The glass ones are spesh aren't they! Just going to have a few in obvious places.
Deep sigh of relief here, NEXT! If you're referring to Eufy homebase, then just put a switch between a datapoint and put the homebase elsewhere near another device in your home unless you want teh… 9 13838 Would also like an opinion from anyone that has used xcem over hebel for floors.
