I've put together a Mood Board for all those who have, or are about to do at home...a home gym. All the colours on the board are inspiration colours and complementary colours, if you need help choosing the right 2 or 3 just ask me. These are colours that will help motivate you while you are working out. You need to stay away from any colours that are passive and relaxing.... !!!!
