Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Sep 05, 2015 9:03 pm Hi Michelle, We had our colour appointment on Tuesday and we are in desperate need of HELP! It shouldn't be this difficult but I am having such a hard time trying to figure out what to do for our facade colours. I am thinking along the lines of a light colourbond roof (maybe surfmist or one of the other light greyish colours) and then with white and grey tones for the render and then lastly deciding on a brick colour. We don't want to spend a lot of money upgrading brick so right now we are tossing up between Austral Chestnut (brownish) or Linseed (medium tan?). Other options could even be a real light brick such as Austral Cotton or a brown buckwheat but don't want to confuse things too much! I have had a couple of quick plays in photoshop but really not sure if I am going down the right track or not. They feel a little blah to me and this house is costing us a fortune and really want it to look good! Any help or advice/suggestions you can give me would be so greatly appreciated! We are booked in again to re-do colours this week as we were so unsure the first time around. Our facade: render all to top of house and to the part that goes across the two brick pillars. Try Dulux Malay Grey to start with.
