Hi all,
Below is my floor plan for the dining/living. I am having a hard time trying to figure out the best furniture arrangement. I somehow feel that I do not have enough space and there is always something that is in the way such as a sliding door, the fireplace or the passage to Bed 1 is being blocked.

I would like to fit a
1) 10 seater rectangle dining table.
2) 3 Seater sofa.
3) Rectangle coffee table.
4) TV cabinet (will be under the bulkhead - shaded area)
I have thought of 3 possible options so far.
Option 1:

Issues with Option 1:
1) There might not be enough space to walk between the dining chairs and the sofas etc. Everything might be really close together. I don't think I have enough depth to have this arrangement?
2) Would it be weird to be having dinner while being able to look into Bed 1?

Issues with Option 2:
1) There might not be enough space to walk between the dining chair and the sofa.
2) Would it be weird for the dining table to be in front of the double door?
3) Would the dining table and chairs block the fireplace on the right since the main "feature" of the living/dining area is the fireplace? The fireplace that we are installing is a log fireplace at a height of 900mm off the floor http://www.regency-fire.com.au/Images/Products/Contemporary-gas-fireplaces/GF900L-D-610x340.aspx?maxsidesize=610 with the following cladding around the recess http://www.freostone.com.au/feed/format/fremantlestone.product.xslt/status/3/page/white-quartz

Issues with Option 3:
1) Is the sofa blocking the path to the laundry?
2) Is the sofa blocking the sliding door?
3) Would the sofa arrangement be weird since you would usually face the TV?
4) Might have the same issues as Option 2 (2) and (3)?
Are there any other ways I can arrange the furniture? How would you arrange it?
Cheers!
