We have paid 50% but feel we might need to do a bit of prompting to have her work for the payment

That gives them a chance to go away with everything you need and return with the correct samples. The most frustrating thing was choosing things when there was no samples to look at or they had forgotten about something. If they are also assisting with the exterior, we found that took so long and there are so many options to choose from. A list should really help with the preparation.
