Pretty soon I wont be needed, everyone is doing a good job!
Well done! By the way, you do have a small eave over your bedroom rake/barge. You better think of a colour for that, or didn’t they pick that up?? Moon River P188-N2 …..What brand of paint is this???? Taubmans or Wattyl Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Hi Michelle, need your help again for my house color! 3Jun 21, 2008 10:18 pm thanks Michelle
Moon River is Bristol/Taubmans i think you have asked a good question, i thought i do not have Eaves, but when looking at my copy of color, they did put Eaves Lining with Builders White (Bristol/Taubmans). They didn't mention anything during the selection, so i didn't choose any color for the Eaves (because i thought my house won't have eaves), i am not sure if they just put white as default, will white color looks bad? I went to their site, but its very disappointing, no colours come up when you select the name! Can you give me an rough idea what colour it is? With your eaves colour, ask for ¼ strength Woodland Grey that should work well. Sounds like they are going to do it white, regardless! I have been thinking lately regarding my bathroom color... I am yet to choose tile for my bathroom very soon and worried that the color i chose for the benchtop and Cabinet would be too dark.. I want a lighter bathroom rather than darker Do you think i should choose the color again for my benchtop/cabinet (properly go with the same as the Kitchen), or if any tile color would suit my current choice and not making the room too dark? Please advise! In regards to your Low energy Eco lighting, just a personal tip .... try an stay away from anything that is below a 11w Compact Fluorescent fitting. Hope this helps. You don't want to be putting in 9w fittings, then having to put in twice as many! There goes the energy saving! Re: Hi Michelle, need your help again for my house color! 12Aug 11, 2008 9:14 am Thanks Michelle, just take your time, no worries
Hi MICA, thanks for the tip.. if i remember correctly, they told me that i will be getting for 12w... but just look though the tender, they just put Fluoro downlight and no indication of the watt, I think i better ask them to specify it, thanks a lot Blog - http://clageonewhouse.blogspot.com/ Building Thread - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=10886&hilit=milan I am in, with my husband and my beautiful bunny Re: Hi Michelle, need your help again for my house color! 13Aug 11, 2008 7:36 pm Claego, I think your selections are lovely.
Now if you team them up with white wall tiles, and a light mocha floor tile, there’s no reason why your bathroom will look dark. At the moment you are just focusing on the dark selection you have in front of you. It’s the big picture you have to think about. There are more wall tiles than any other selection in your bathroom; this is where you get to lighten the room. Even if you went with a light beigey colour on the walls, it will still make the room light.
