Also there isn't much contrast with dark things apart from the feature wall, its all quite light coloured and similar and I think some nice black or dark blue sheer curtains either side of the shutters on the window would give it more personality and make it pop and maybe a stylish mirror or two colourful artworks on the wall above the desk would look good.
