Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jul 28, 2014 10:12 am Hello, I'm painting my weatherboard cottage in Dulux Homebush (a grey with some brown in it) and I'd like to update some outdoor cane furniture to go with it. I was looking at doing a 2 seater and 1 seater in a charcoal colour for the end corner of my southern facing uncovered deck - does anyone have any suggestions? I'm also lucky enough to have a small paved courtyard off the kitchen area (north facing). Here, the exterior street facing wall will be in Dulux Homebush with the interior house facing walls in Dulux MISSOURI MUD. I have a vintage metal table with 4 chairs that I'd like to update as well. The pavers are a light cream colour. any tips on the this setting colour would be great too! thanks A Re: Colour advice for outdoor furniture 2Jul 28, 2014 11:04 am I like the simple teak/jarrah look. Whatever you do - make sure timber is good if its in direct sunlight. The sun chews it up and means more regular painting/oiling.
