Personally I would not used ceiling speakers in a HT room, especially with going to the trouble of having a nice screen etc. If the installer puts the speakers as suggested, think about how it will sound when audio pans from one side of the screen to the other, like a car for example. It will come out into the room on the left, then move up into your bulkhead pointing down into the floor, then back up the the right channel pointing at you again. While still not optimal, I would rather have the speaker above or below the screen. You wanted it tilted towards your seating position if possible, but with in-ceiling/in-wall you can't do this. Is this installer a HT installer? Or a sparky? I'd be a bit concerned if it was a HT installer suggesting these placements. If you have already purchased those speakers then I would be looking to put them all facing into the room on that bulkhead, just remember the sound may sound like it's shooting above your head (which in my opinion is better than shooting straight into the floor in front of your screen). It's certainly not optimal, but with those speakers and the layout that's all I can think of for now.
