But I also felt like it wouldn't be "me" if it didn't have red in there somewhere! I ended up getting a maroony/purply coloured portico, against a beige (that had pinkness to it's warmth) render. Now that portico is my house's best feature and EVERYONE comments on how much they love the colour. You should definitely go the blue splashback. Blue's and grey's are so nice together. I've seen quite a few houses with their blade walls in a dark blue render.
