Hi I'm new to this forum... I'm choosing colours for my kitchen and bathroom. Most of my house I painted in light rice with various feature walls, my lounge room is a very pale yellow from when we moved in. There is quite a bit of colour happening in many rooms - orangy pinks, yellows, green, bright piano teaching studio... So I want the bathroom and kitchen to be peaceful colours that calm you down.
My kitchen and bathroom are currently an awful flat white paint. Everything in them is white - EVERYTHING - except for the floors which are in the picture below (both the same) and the kitchen bench tops. I have a beige shower curtain. So I'm working with a blank canvas pretty much. Both rooms are on the side of the house without sun.
I like dulux Medlar.
Bathroom is small but has a good window. i think medlar half strength, with what trimmings? I don't want white, I want something more interesting. Been looking at limed white quarter or white duck quarter or similar?
Kitchen is long and well lit in the main half. I think medlar on one long wall, with what on the other walls? Im looking at limed white half/quarter or white duck quarter or another grey for the walls? And White trimmings/doors?
Is that too many questions? The main one is what grey goes with medlar? thanks.
Will post pictures below.

Ps. Feel like I should say I'm 28 yrs old - we are trying to be modern but homely. Our house is a bit run down.
