Has anyone got a pendant light in their entry? Would be great if you could tell me how it is, particularly the look and also if it moves too much when the door is opened?
Thanks! Pics will be good too

The Yvette from Beacon but it's not up yet so can't show you. Re: Entry pendant lighting 5Jun 27, 2013 10:22 am My entry pendant is a "Jeeves" (I think, there's also a bowler hat called Wooster and I tend to get confused between the two). It's actually a proper top hat made out of felt with a metal centre (to reflect the light). I don't find it swings around in the wind when you open the door. TBH if you are that concerned about the light moving you can get metal piping to run the wiring through from roof to pendant so the light will stay put no matter how windy it is. Here's some pics (apologies for the quality, taken on my old phone); During the day http://i1001.photobucket.com/albums/af135/grom40/IMG-20121111-00133_zps85264948.jpg At night: http://i1001.photobucket.com/albums/af135/grom40/IMG-20121109-00128_zps1dc1be9d.jpg Hope that helps ![]() Re: Entry pendant lighting 6Jun 28, 2013 7:51 pm Cute light ![]() Custom downslope build Build thread viewtopic.php?f=31&t=61873 Blog http://www.buildingroyalmanor.blogspot.com.au Re: Entry pendant lighting 7Jul 02, 2013 12:56 pm This is the pendant that we had in our last house Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We are thinking about something like this for our new house.
