Hi Michelle and everyone!
Yesterday I was advised by a interior decorator at our builder's showroom to add a 2nd render colour to the front of our house to give the house more of a projection. She didn't really comment too much on what we had selected for our exterior colours, maybe because apart from the bricks everything else is Woodland Grey! We've seen another PD house with it and we both really liked it - shock horror!
House is - cremorne 41 by Porter Davis with the Arlington Facade

Bricks - Jarrah by Boral in their Horizon range

Mortar - Natural with ironed finish (?)
Roof Tiles - Boral Striata Tiles in Gunmetal

Gutters, Fascia, Downpipes, Window Frames and Garage Door will all be colorbond Woodland Grey

Front Doors - Corinthian Madison 104 - double doors with translucent glazing. Now first consultant suggested Cedar for the stain and 2nd consultant has suggested Antique Cherry. I would have picked something more like walnut.

We are having the portico, balcony and around the study rendered (the study has the windows to the front, render will be from molding strip down). We had originally planned on having all this in Woodland Grey
Consultant suggested Bringo or Tin Pot as a 2nd render colour to the portico and balcony to give the house some projection. Sounds good to me but now struggling with what colour to use to blend in with the Jarrah and all that Woodland Grey! The render colour is the only brochure I don't have......
What would you suggest?
The photo shown is the house we saw and liked......both of us!
Oh and our fencing will be colorbond Grey Ridge - this is provided by our Estate.
Thanks so much.
Toni
