It looks more like a kind of textile rather than a more solid wall hanging. Just a thought. Good luck with your hunt. I agree that it might be a table runner type thing. I have placemats that are exactly like that but smaller. They are made out of thin black plasticy stuff. I got them at spotlight but it was a few years ago. you could try there though.
