some time I ago I asked your advice on painting what I call a pop up ceiling cant remember the real name of the ceiling type 
in the past Ive always painted it all white and it looked so-so only you said you paint the flat bit in the middle (highest bit) same as wall colour and guess what, you were right! (again!!) I really love it, its my favourite thing so far painting that bit has really made a feature of it so big thanks from me!! (no pics sorry technologically challenged...)
