Hi all,
I am urgently needing to pick colours to repaint a townhouse (bathroom being painted in the next 2 weeks and rest of the place the week after).
Currently the downstairs paint colours are a yellow and maroon and they are terrible - way too warm for the little light the place gets and dirty looking. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅

Plus my furniture is dark. So I'd like cool colours and ideally something that I can accessorise with navy blue, coral, orange decor items.
Upstairs the walls are that old-fashioned creamy colour at the top and a burgundy/maroon at the bottom, but the trims are a latte/beige.

The bathroom and toilet are a dark bush green (tiles are white and benchtop is grey)

It will be cheaper if I keep the doors latte/beige, so I need a paint that will go with the trims and that will also go with the bathroom which has grey and white tiles and benchtops. I was going to originally put a light grey paint in there but if I can find a paint that will suit the whole house it would be cheaper obviously. So is there a neutral paint that will go with grey and beige (I think the trims upstairs are in something like Dulux's Warm Neutral...maybe slightly darker)?
A painter suggested Dulux's Sandy day.
Oh and there is a nook under the stairs where I'll put a desk - should I do a feature wall on the back wall of the nook or that entire area under the stairs?
Thanks heaps
