My sister is a decorative artist. I'm sure she could do it or give you advice. However she lives here in Perth. Pay her way to your neck-of-the-woods and I'm, sure she could do that with her eyes closed! She paints all sorts of stuff such as baby & kids furniture, murals, plagues etc. PM me if you want details. Ash.
