We want to have ds's bedroom door painted to look like the entrance doors of the Doctor's TARDIS. Anyone know of painters who are able to do such work? It's obviously in between ordinary painting and artistry.

My sister is a decorative artist. I'm sure she could do it or give you advice. However she lives here in Perth. Pay her way to your neck-of-the-woods and I'm, sure she could do that with her eyes closed!
She paints all sorts of stuff such as baby & kids furniture, murals, plagues etc. PM me if you want details. Ash. If I bring the door with me, can she do the painting over the festive season, and we'll bring the thing back with us as cabin baggage. Do you think Qantas will notice?
