not sure if this is the right place for this or not but would love some advice on how to copy the colours in the photo....unfortunately its rather green in real life so can't copy what was actually used!

Im thinking:
roof - dune
gutters - dune
fascia - surfmist
garage - surfmist
window frames - white
front door - prefer stained
light render - dune
dark render - ??
driveway - creamy aggregate

are we on the right track with the colorbond colours? we need to pick our render colours from the solver range...caribou is too dark..would kanga give us the colour above? should we pick something other than dune for the light render?

any advice would be much appreciated!!

this is our plan and what the front currently looks like...we are after a more contemporary look though so want to make some changes to the front windows and the darker feature walls
Hi there, I've been very busy with my own renovation, how you going here?
Hi Michelle, I've been watching your deck progress as we want to build one too so taking notes as everyone else builds theirs! It looks fabulous!

We ended up finding another house to copy the render colours:

Light Render: Solver Beaver
Dark Render: Solver Shiralee
Roof/Gutters/Fascia: Surfmist

The only thing we are thinking of changing is Dune for the gutters as we don't have the render/brick section above the garage door. We only have the metal pelmet which will be in surfmist so it will be surfmist all the way from the ground up to the roof...so was hoping changing the gutters to Dune would at least put a break in all the white. Beaver is similar to dune but dune is definitely more grey than beige and beaver more beige than grey
We were told not to have more than 3 colours but dune would make it 4....we can count beaver and dune as one though right?

This is Beaver, Dune and Surfmist (Unfortunately I can't get a sample of the Shiralee)

I also love these sorts of tones, we chose Lundy grey (solver) 100% and 300% and caribou for the gutters and front entry doors very similar to dune colours

Can you put the colour in where they go for me below?
What you are having.

Im thinking:
roof -
gutters -
fascia -
garage -
window frames -
front door - prefer stained
light render -
dark render -
driveway - creamy aggregate
Dark render on feature walls and into the entry to right of front door only (this is to avoid 2 render colours meeting on a flat wall), light render everywhere else. Thanks

Im thinking:
roof - Colorbond surfmist
gutters - Colorbond dune
fascia - Colorbond surfmist
garage - Colorbond surfmist
window frames - white lustre
front door - Solver ash brown stain
light render - Solver beaver
dark render - Solver shiralee
driveway - creamy aggregate[/quote]
I think those selections will look quite nice, well done!
Thanks!!
Did you build this yet? Do you have any photos?
Yep The garage door is white

Ooh very nice!
We are pretty happy with it
the dune gutters almost match the beaver render.
We've been looking at a surfmist roof as well but we aren't rendering. Though now i wish we were!
