Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Nov 04, 2012 9:22 am I am renovating an old Queenslander in inner city Brisbane (cannot be removed) and adding a very contemporary extension. Due to the contemporary extension we have decided to use anodic matt (silver) window frames for the whole home including the front. In the front of the house we have a large bank of casement and hopper windows all in steel. As we are going away from the typical white timber windows and warm colours used for Queenslanders, I am looking to use cool grey colours. Can anyone tell me if they have used any of the Dulux cool grey colours for their home such as Dieskau, Tranquil Retreat, Flooded Gum, Milton Moon etc and if so, what was your darker accent colour and guttering and facia colours. We are using a zincalume roof. Any help would be appreciated. Profiles with larger corrugations can greatly change the appearance of the color in different… 0 3381 I'd get the gutters to match your roof and pipes to match the paint - otherwise they become a feature. Nice pick with the paint colours! 1 34266 |
