Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Sep 14, 2012 11:13 am Well the best laid plans of mice and men. Due to the valuation of the house and the current market, I'm staying put <grrr> instead of moving, so...onwards to painting the house. I have a house painted circa late 80's with each room a different colour . and obviously its outdated and very tired. My bathroom is the bug bear. I have dark charcoal black tiles, white tiles with very small dark polka dots all over on the shower wall and a black framed mirror (its only a small narrow frame, on a large mirror). The walls currently are an uninspiring battleship grey. I like earth tones, pale terracottas, pale gum leaf greens - that sort of thing. The bathroom is a two way bathroom next to my bedroom, which I'm looking at pale pine floating timber floors or a pale latte coloured carpet (haven't decided yet). I'm leaning towards Taubmans Cherish Cream or Taubmans Endure Praire Winds for the bedroom walls. I've tried a pale gum leaf green and it didn't quite work, white is way too stark even with colour on the towels etc. Any thoughts???? Thanks z Re: Stuck for wall colour ideas 2Sep 18, 2012 6:22 am Photos???? Then I'll be able to see the rooms.
