Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Sep 11, 2012 10:50 am Hi all, I am having trouble deciding on a colour for the garage door, we originally went with the classic cedar and with my brown brick I think will look awful! I found another range Deco wood but have found no images of the colour kwila, the other option is chestnut which the garage door place preferred. I actually like the lighter colour and think with the windows how they are at the moment (faded from not being sealed) it actually matches without looking to dark/orange against the bricks. Everyone seems to go darker timber but I kind of like the lighter just not sure if it will work. Any advice about what colour the door should be, lighter/darker compared to bricks roof etc would be great. Decisions to be made after I got the price today but don't think I have any other option as don't want to go black and cedar looks to orange. Thanks!
