Hi Michelle (and all), I have 2 questions .
Q 1. what colour day/night window blinds for my living? Also, does colour of window frames have a bearing on the choice??

Free form living walls: Wattyl Autumn Bushland in the free form living room which has very high raked ceilings and beams.
Kitchen walls: Dulux Russian toffee? or autumn bushland? Normal height celings here, looks out to living.
Autumn Bushland is a eucalyptus green with yellowish undertones. It goes well with the couch colour.
Kitchen selection- Benchtops: DiamondGloss Stipple Seal, formica Warm white cupboards, peruvian clay kicks. Floor tile continues throughout living.

Front door in Wattyl Quest, dark charcoal. Window frames are anodic dark gray. (I originally wanted pearl white windows but it is a country house on clay/loam with pea gravel drive -developer stipulation- so white tracks will show every bit of clay tramped in- we are having a mud porch through laundry ( boots off at the door but can't be too hard on guests!! )
Q 2. I am going to purchase another couch for u shape config. around the fireplace. Would a plain taupe/pale greige fabric blend with existing couches and scheme?? I have purchased a turkish rug for this area in antique look (not bright colours...mainly faded browns and greens, beige, a bit of turkey red as in the scatter cushion colour...which for some reason looks really bright on my screen! )
I know my colours aren't the current trend but I can live with that!!
Thank you for suggestions!!
