Render Colour Help

Hi all,
We are building in Sandhurst and there are many covenants that we have to abide by. Most of our colours were accepted, however our feature render was considered too dark so wondering if we could get advice or ideas. Please see our colours below. The render we need help with will just be around the garage and needs to be not too dark or stand out too much.

Roof: CSR Monier, Concrete, Elabana, Barramundi
Gutters: Monument
Fascia: Monument
Downpipes: Haymes Balance
Main render: Haymes Balance
Feature Render: ???
Garage Door: Shale Grey
Front door: monument at the moment but may change to match feature render
Windows: Dowell, Pearl White
