Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Dec 28, 2011 12:48 am Hello Since we have bought house now are in procedure of looking for furniture, have been around to a few shops like impression, harvey norman, freedom liked most of the stuff of impression, any other shop worth visiting, kindly refer. Also I have this strange thing in my mind that leather lounges don't make the living area inviting and cosy, do you think is that true, like what are factors based on what the selection should be done. Also today just entered a furniture shop liked one of the lounges and he said can be made any fabric I choose from warwick collection and also he said that the sofa will be australian made and came up with unbelievable quot eof $2500 for 3+3 seater+2ottomans, we are very new to australia really don't know if we should go ahead with it, are warwick lounges cheap in terms of standard and also do they reamin in a good condition in long run? Do you think going for warwick sofa would be a good decent decision? Any input, opinions, suggestion are appreciable. Thanks Re: Help and opinion required regarding warwick fabric 2Dec 28, 2011 4:42 am Most of the time you will find Australian made furniture a little more expensive than imported, but its good quality. The prices seem ok to me, providing they are sturdy lounges, with good warranties. Warwick fabric has been around for many years, and is a top selling fabric in Australia. I would certainly buy a piece of furniture with Warwick fabric covering it, and have myself recommended it many times when doing commercial projects. http://www.warwick.com.au/fabric-finder ... geNumber=1 Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Help and opinion required regarding warwick fabric 3Dec 28, 2011 5:47 pm Thanks Michelle, he said all the lounges come with 10 yr warranty but regarding sturdiness I really don't know how to check that, can you suggest something? Also as you said you recommend warwick in commercial projects. do you think using it in residential lounges would be a good decision. Also I checked with some friends worling in furniture shops and they said its hard to believe that australian made lounges can come up for $2500 where as the ones manufactured in china are more dear than this, the one sold in all shops, do you think we should go ahead with it.
