I know its only a console table at the end of the day, but it is one of the first things people see when they walk into your home. At the moment I have no floor coverings which is making it doubly frustrating because I can't decide if certain things will match or not. I think the picture above will match nicely, but not sure if it will match a lot of my other furniture / decor. Although, making decisions is proving extremely difficult. Even my blinds I can't decide on and I have been "umming" and "uhhhing" over colours and designs since Christmas Oh the joys of decorating! When I do, it will be something else. I google Console Table constantly, I love the one from Dare, but when I googled it, it wasn't on their site anymore Re: Console tables 8May 12, 2011 5:52 pm Apparently there is a Dare Gallery Clearance outlet in Bayswater. There are not alot of really nice entry tables around. Re: Console tables 12May 13, 2011 6:29 am My wife asked me to build her a console table a while back, being a console gamer from way back my mind immediately went into overdrive, seems I had the wrong Idea , still, I love it. The buttons actually work. I ripped apart an old controller and put switches under all the buttons so you can play the old Nintendo using the large controller. Re: Console tables 15May 13, 2011 1:18 pm Wow! That is so awesome! Although, not sure if I would have it in my entryway! I have emailed Dare and no response yet. They had the Coco range on their website, but no console table... I live in a small town away from the big shopping centres, etc, so I unfortunately can't go in and check it out! 5 hour drive there and 5 hour drive back...little bit too far I think! One day soon I hope! I tried Complete Home. They had a few really nice ones, but nothing that I really love...*sigh*...Will keep looking Re: Console tables 17May 13, 2011 5:21 pm kara_leon Wow! Re: Console tables 18May 14, 2011 9:27 am Yep - I am having the same dilemma with rugs... we are starting to come into the colder weather and it's getting really cold on the timber laminates... but I just can't find a rug I like... it's really annoying me!!! Good luck with the console search - I'll keep my eye out for you! Good luck with the console search - I'll keep my eye out for you! We got our rug at Harvey Norman, it's hard to find the one that goes with everything. I got $200.00 off ours, just by asking. Harvey always give a good discount. |
