I know this is else where on the forum, but I thought I would put something up here as well.
I follow Katrina Chambers (Katrina and Amie, from The Block) blog on Google and it seems they are getting some pretty rough comments on the net about them.

I love this show, it’s the first time I have watched it in all the years it’s been on and I’m hooked on it now. It seems I view this show in a different light to others.
As a decorator and project manager of works, there is nothing harder than a renovation!
Also as a woman there is nothing harder than dealing with men in the triad, they don’t seem to treat us as they do men!
To me, The Block is not a competition, it’s showing the skill the 8 of them have and how they put their designs together and follow them through. Hats off to all of them, they are doing a great job!
I also find it very entertaining, Josh and Jenna tonight made me laugh, and how funny were they, she is just a delight with her comment about his hair cut!
Seriously though, I’ve been in the triad for 18 years, and in no way would I take on the challenge of that show, I could do without the aggravation in my life. I am more than impressed with the competitor’s of this show and the hard work they are doing!
Especially the sisters with no male on hand to do the hard knocks for them and they have to pay for a triade to do the bulk of their work.
Wether you like the designs they all put forth or not, the fact is, the show is there to show us all 8 people’s hard work and dedication to an extremely overwhelming project.
I love the show; I love all the contestants and their designs, that’s what it’s about for me…..talent in any form makes me happy to see!
