Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jul 12, 2011 3:58 pm Hi all, I have a set of beautiful country oak timber blinds purchased from home outlet about 6 months ago. I really love the colour and they're perfectly fine, but the problem is the person installing the blinds had cut them too short in width (about 4cm too short on each side). I've tried to live with it but now I've had enough and want to get rid of them via a trade in method. I say "trade-in" because I was hoping to get a good price for them that way. I paid $500 for both and if I just try to sell them on the trading post, I would not get back even half the money. The other thing is I can't get the idiot who stuffed them up to fix his mistake. Extremely frustrating situation. Does anyone know of a place I can go to trade them in and hopefully get the same blinds but cut correctly this time??? I know of a place in Hawthorn called Curtain Exchange, but they only do curtains. Any info or suggestions would be great thanks!!
