Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jun 26, 2011 12:24 pm Lots of people have asked me where we purchased our frames from for our black & white photo wall. Lots came from IKEA and different $2 shops, but I've also stumbled accross a seller on ebay. This is our photo wall... http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/featurewallfamilyDSC_1189.jpg I hope this ebay link works... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... I'm going to do another photo wall in our pool room of friends and family http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/ebayframes.jpg I was inspired by a feature wall that Jackie Frank has in her lounge room, using IKEA picture ledges (thanks kek ) Haven't decided on the black ledge, or the white yet Here's some pics of the lounge room... there's much better pics in a recent WHO magazine! Here's the ledges from IKEA http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/ribba-picture-ledge__0085949_PE214154_S4.jpg Re: Frames for a picture/photo wall 2Jun 26, 2011 1:35 pm What a great frame set! I love how it comes with the necessary hardware, but especially the paper template. Even if you don't want to hang them in that exact configuration, you could cut out the individual templates and bluetack them on the wall in whatever shape you want. I'm seriously thinking about ordering a set for our lounge.... Re: Frames for a picture/photo wall 4Jun 26, 2011 2:29 pm kek What a great frame set! But I'll have baby girl photos to add in November. Ill just switch some photos around cause I dont wanna change layout All frames are shadow boxes so looks quite dramatic in person hehe Re: Frames for a picture/photo wall 11Jul 31, 2011 10:19 am Think i'm going to have to buy some, i'm going to put a photo wall in our long entrance LOL It's just a big lump of wall at the moment! Hope it all works out. Good to move away from steel anyway for all your reasons, but it's also thermally poor. 16 17773 If this is a custom build then I would expect the builder to set out the door frame closer to the wall to avoid the gap between architrave and the wall and or specify… 9 8287 |
