For a start, I would suggest “Wind Spray” for the roof, and possibly use Ironstone as a feature colour along the way. My original plan is to have surfmist on fascia and windows. My partner however prefers darker windows. I am not too sure about it hence seeking advise from the forum. Another factor of our front elevation is that garage door and windows are two major parts of the front view. I plan to use curtains with white backing for window furnishing. This will affect the look too. Will surfmist bring a bit lighter color to the overall scheme? Michelle, I will go with the cladding you suggested. Thanks Re: Exterior colour help - red brick with cladding above 7Jun 14, 2011 6:35 pm If possible, I would use a dark cream not white for the curtain backing, white will be too stark against your red bricks. Yes Surfmist will be lighter. If you can afford to get Dan to do some colours for you on your elevation I would suggest you do this, he is very affordable! You will see exactly what your façade will look like. I always recommend him to my clients for piece of mind in colour choices.
