Some charge by the hour, some a fixed rate scheme. Many of the paint companies offer this service, although they will of course only specify their company's paint, or you can use the services of an independant person who should have knowledge of a range of paint companies to specify the colour, placement, type of paint all to suit the house and your personal tastes.
