Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Apr 20, 2011 10:53 am Hi guys, I need your help. Hubby and I are not sure what colorbond colour to choose for our garage door. The colours we have so far are: Roof: Sambuca (Dark blue to black) Render: Has not been done yet but we have chosen Rich Biscuit which is a brown colour Window Frames: Monument (black) Gutters: Monument (black) Fascia/Downpipes: Paperbark Do we choose one of these colours to keep in the scheme of things? Any assistance would be great! Thanks Ange1982 Re: Need help with colours for garage door 2Apr 20, 2011 11:40 am What colour are your bricks? Depending on them, I'd either go the Monument or the Paperbark, I personally wouldn't introduce another colour. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Kyton: We haven't painted our front door as yet, but will probably paint it the same colour as what we chose for the garage door. Re: Need help with colours for garage door 5Apr 20, 2011 12:20 pm Ahh ok, the render goes accross the front. Not sure of how dark the brown render colour is, the darker it is the more likely I'd be to go the Paperbark. If it's mid to a lighter brown, I'd probably go the Monument. I don't mind having a bit of a contrast with the garage door, but many people prefer it to blend in, so your preference on that would copme into play also. I wish I had gone Paperbark like I have out in my alfresco area as the Monument shows all the dust and spiderwebs and is a pain to try and keep clean.
