Or doesnt it matter if we had white colour scheme internally and cream limestone colours externally? In general, I agree with what Erin said. The exception may be if you can see a lot of the outside of your home from inside your home. I'll explain..... our alfresco is enclosed by a study, a lounge room and hallway and dining area and can be seen from the family room and kitchen. Our external and internal colour schemes are similar (purely by accident) and it works really well as the inside and outside can be seen so easily from the other. I don't think it's a big deal if the colour schemes are contrasting, but just something you may want to consider if your plan has that effect. Kyton's post is spot on. Driving around new estates is one of the best ways to get a feel for things. Seeing things in the flesh makes a big difference. Display homes are also really helpful for seeing how things can come together. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
